Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each report is generated automatically and immediately after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the report is ready.

Full refund

• You were charged but the report was not delivered within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same report.
• The report has a technical fault (for example, wrong birth details were used by us).

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp at [+91 XXXXX XXXXX] or email [support@yourdomain.in] with your phone number and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
